This picture is of the three branches of government, with the apples of the tree representing money. It shows that the normal middle-class and lower-class only receive few apples, or money, than the upper-class people. In this instance, an upper-class citizen has an advantage of getting the most apples. Like in real life, the upper-class citizens always get an advantage or a break than the middle and lower class citizens.
